- Western Australian Branch of WMAU meetups and talks
- WikiClubWest digitization kit: flatbed scanner capable of scanning slides, glass plate negatives, and documents; and lights and stands for object photography.

Former Collaborations - BiblioTECH in 2017
The BiblioTech collaboration was a partnership between the WikiClubWest - otherwise known as the Western Australian Branch of Wikimedia Australia and the State Library of Western Australia.
